Photographer, Electrical Engineer, and all around nerd. This basically sums up my life. Born in Austria I am a keen traveller.

When I was younger I was gifted a Nikon FE, an indestructible film camera which I still have to this day. The photography hobby grew from there. What started off as a way to document the places I've visited has slowly turned into an attempt to see a world not visible to our naked eye. Macro photography exposes a view of the world from the point of view from insects.

In 2012 my view turned from the microscopic to the astronomical in time for the Transit of Venus. Since then I have dedicated my efforts to photographing increasingly difficult capture objects in the night sky.

My other hobby is electronics. All of my projects are published on this website complete with poorly written source code and indecipherable schematics, enough to cure any insomnia.
